Description
For those who dont get the reference for the title it is from Star Ocean 3: Till the End of Time...there is a very...uh, annoying girl named Welch who carries a obsurdly just as weird wand in the shape of Micky Mouses hand (That's where she got it...she lopped off his hand and stuck it on a stick...like Richard from Looking for Group, except that was a head XD). Annyway, she teaches and does a couple skits on how to craft things...
This is actually interpreted after a commission [link] was done by
of a character from the Slayers Universe based on my own design...I eventually had a spark of a idea for another character for my Story. And thus Ross the Spell Crafter was born...I gave her the details on the char designs, she drew it and it inspired me to do my character up in my style XD
The little Spirit things in the background are making a mess...stupid homonculi >> but at least they are funny ^^
To further explain, his belt (yes it has a face) talks and has it's own personality. I was bored and decided that a random talking belt would certainly be interesting thing to add, you can count on me to create interesting character designs XD
