She is Alma, another drawing for a friend for their Kikimora monster girl, really like how this one turned out...she's really cute xD 
Some info about Kikimora's for those who do not know: "A type of beastmen that serve human men and receive spirit energy as a reward. They generally have humanoid features with thick, furry tails, the legs of a harpy, tuffs of feathers around their wrists and wolf-like ears.
